i really appreciated the hotel location, EVERYTHING was easily accessible. the restaurant area was a quick ten minute walk. the seventh floor room gave us a nice view from our WINDOW. the staff was helpful and friendly when we asked for help.
the air conditioning did not cool the room very much. i opened the window instead, BUT mosquitoes came in.

a good selection of food items were available at breakfast, i found the choices satisfactory. the quality of the items were acceptable, i DID enjoy my morning meals there. the dining area was clean and well maintained.

The hotel boasts a superb location near main attractions. Breakfast features quality cheeses that I enjoyed. Staff quickly addressed a minor issue I reported.
The elevator showed signs of wear and the lobby had an unidentifiable smell, it was strange.

Breakfast included sweet rolls, bread, croissant, ham, cheese and yogurt, a simple but adequate start of the day. Good cheeses was available, this was a plus. Coffee quality was average though.

My room had a comfortable mattress that guaranteed good rest after a long day of walking. The renovated bathroom had good functionality and the conditioner worked well. The hotel also supplied all needed toiletries.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful during my entire stay. I was allowed an early check-in, allowing me to leave my luggage while the room got ready. I also appreciated the baggage room.
